By using DawaCheck, you agree to the following. DawaCheck is currently an ad-free information service, free for a daily allowance of checks, with optional paid plans (billed through Google Play) for more checks. These terms may be updated if DawaCheck's features or monetization model change, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
DawaCheck is an information service, not a pharmacy and not medical advice. Prices shown are indicative and can vary by city, pack size and stock — verify locally. Generic equivalents share the same active salt; always confirm any switch with your doctor or pharmacist. Prescription medicines require a valid prescription. Photo-scan results are AI-estimated identifications, not a diagnosis or a prescription, and should always be double-checked against the physical packaging.
Signing in with a Google account is required to use DawaCheck — this keeps the daily free allowance fair and prevents automated abuse. Accounts created earlier with a verified phone number continue to work. My List is saved to your account so it's available across your devices. You can delete your account and all its server-side data, including My List, at any time from Settings → Account.
The optional Pro subscription is billed at ₹99 per month through Google Play and includes up to 49 medicine checks (searches or scans, combined) per billing period. It renews automatically each period unless cancelled beforehand; you can cancel or manage it anytime from the Play Store app under Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. If you use all 49 checks before your renewal, you can buy a recharge of 49 more checks for ₹99 as a one-time purchase; recharged checks never expire and are used after your plan's checks. Refunds, if any, are governed by Google Play's refund policy; DawaCheck does not process payments directly and never receives your card or payment details. Prices and included checks may change in future, with notice in the app or on this page before the change takes effect.
The app links out to Google Maps and the official PMBJP (Jan Aushadhi) website to help you find a store. We aren't responsible for the content or availability of those external sites.
DawaCheck is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of pricing or availability information.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
